KRISHNA MEHTA’S PARTED LIPS AT AMAZON INDIA FASHION WEEK 2017, DAY 1
Dhoti pants, peplum tops, high waist maxi skirts, crop top and jackets itself narrated the story which designer Krishna Mehta has woven for Amazon India Fashion Week 2017.

After Curious Alice in Spring Summer 2016, Krishna Mehta’s new autumn winter collection ‘Parted Lips’ is a dedication to the Joie de vivre of a woman.

Much to the name, the collection was a concocted tale of sensuality and delicacy. Moreover, Krishna Mehta’s signature kooky fashion look was very well brought up with an array of colors ranging from the shades of blue, red, metallics, purple, ombre, mocha and with the flamboyant use of prints, embroideries and patchworks. The cinched waistline with a flared bottom was more like a tale of a mischievous miss independent on the ramp. The minimal makeup with painted beige or soft peach lips, middle parted buns and flat heels complimented the over all look and deserves a thumbs up.

However there was some overdoing of colors and the sync was also missing in some of her garments which distinctly contrasted parted lips from her previous collection which was an absolute feast for the eyes.
